What is your name and where do you live?
Jessica Richau: My name is Jessica Richau and I live in northern Minnesota in the beautiful lakes area.
If you could sum up the Thailand and Hong Kong experience in three words, what would they be and why?
Jessica Richau: If I could sum up the Thailand and Hong Kong experience in three words, they would be elevated, impactful, and memorable. Elevated because everything was a knock above what we expected. Just really, really high quality experiences, the hotels, everything was elevated. And impactful would be because of what we experienced at the factory. I think it really just impacted the amount of pride that I have in who our manufacturing partners are. How happy the employees were. How well-cared for they were, the factory conditions. It all just really made me, it really made me feel proud, I think is the best way to describe it. And memorable, as Stein Ove says, we don't remember days, we remember moments and there were so many memorable moments.
