What is your name and where do you live?
Hi, my name is Charlotte Hart. I am a J.Hilburn stylist in Vegas, and I've been with J.Hilburn for a little bit less than a year. I earned the Growing Elite trip by, as a new stylist. So, having a certain level of sales, and then the two of us that were the highest over that level, we earned the trip, and it was amazing.
How did visiting the factory (TGT) deepen your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind our products?
And then one of the other highlights was actually going to the factory in Bangkok, so we make our outerwear, sportcoats and suiting there. And just seeing the people, how happy they are, how good care they take of all the garments, how particular they are with the details, and how they all work together. It was just phenomenal. The quality control, everything was, it gave me sort of inspiration to actually write a newsletter to my clients and say, you should see this. You should see how amazing all of this is, this is bla bla bla bla. I'm Danish. I don't always get the words out right. The sustainability aspects that we work with. Absolutely phenomenal.
