Please introduce yourself and describe your overall experience working with J. Carol Marketing, Inc.

Gladstone Johnson: My name is Gladstone Johnson, the executive director of the Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services. J Carol has been a fantastic support to our organization here at Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services. The organization needed rebranding and we brought Jenise in the owner of J Carol and she laid out a plan for us to rebuild our website to redo all our handles on our social media. And I invite you to go take a look and see Bronxnhs.org and you will see the fantastic work she has done where our organization is now current. It's up to date and we are benefiting from it because we're getting a lot of traction of people coming into the office for our services or reaching out to us on social media. And so that she has done a fantastic job of helping the Bronx neighborhood housing services to come up to date and to receive the kind of recognition that we deserve for the hard work that we do.

Can you briefly describe the mission of your nonprofit and the communities you serve?

Gladstone Johnson: The mission of Bronx neighborhood housing services is primarily to provide essential housing services to members of the Bronx community. Primarily to low and moderate income. First time home buyers, this involves an orientation. Then we assist them with looking at their credit scores, uh their income and to bring all of that in line with what we know a financial institution would like to see in order to grant them a mortgage for a house.

How did J. Carol Marketing, Inc. go above and beyond for you?

Gladstone Johnson: J Carol marketing went above and beyond the call for us. In addition to providing the marketing services as we discussed, The organization also was looking out for us. They know that we survive of from bringing in new grants, they've made give many referrals to us that we've been able to use to seek new grants for the organization. So, they became like just a part of the family and, you know, it's so much easier to work with an organization, that looks at the spirit of it rather than just the letter, the letter is just, here's my contract, this is what I'm gonna do. But, but the organization went above and beyond that to support us in every way possible for, for us to be successful.

Can you describe a memorable moment or success story that resulted from their marketing efforts?

Gladstone Johnson: We recently completed our annual Community Impact Awards Gala. And J Carol was instrumental in the success we had in terms of the planning, organizing and executing of it. All the attendees gave raving reviews on the excellence with which it was executed and it was all because of the expertise of J Carol. So we are so happy to have them on our team.

What would you say to another nonprofit considering our marketing services?

Gladstone Johnson: I would say to any nonprofit considering to use J Carol's services go for it. They understand the nonprofit space and they understand and flexible to work with you to accomplish your goal. So, yes, definitely. I would highly recommend J Carol to any nonprofit organization seeking this kind of service.
