Payton Chandler: Hi, my name is Payton Chandler and I am from Champaign, Illinois and I will be starting the pediatric speech therapy residency program.
Where did you go to school, and how long have you been with Ivy? We'd love to hear what initially brought you to join the Ivy team!
Payton Chandler: I graduated from Illinois State University and I have been with Ivy for 3.5 years now. I decided to join Ivy because I wanted to be in a fast paced, outpatient environment and treating a variety of disorders and populations.
What are you most excited about as you begin this residency program? What do you hope to accomplish during your time here?
Payton Chandler: I am most excited to really just work alongside other SLPs and have that cohort experience as we grow and learn more to help our patients back in the clinic. And I hope to accomplish just gaining a lot of insight and knowledge into a variety of treatment strategies and you know, populations that I can then bring back to the clinic and better the lives of my patients and help them reach their goals.
