Speaker: Jen Walberg, Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Jen Walberg: Hello, my name is Jen Wahlberg. I'm from Champaign, Illinois and I'll be starting the pediatric occupational residency program with Ivy.
Where did you go to school, and how long have you been with Ivy? We'd love to hear what initially brought you to join the Ivy team!
Jen Walberg: I went to school at West Virginia University. I've been with Ivy since June of 2024. So pretty recently here. And what led me to join the Ivy team was that this culture that you guys are building within this company, really spoke to me. Meaning the support that the company gives to the clinicians to become better clinicians in return, giving the families and the patients the best care that they can possibly get. That's what drove me to the Ivy team.
What are you most excited about as you begin this residency program? What do you hope to accomplish during your time here?
Jen Walberg: I am most excited about providing my families and patients with the best care that I possibly can; really growing myself throughout this next year and learning new techniques, learning the new evidence. I'm really keeping my skills up to date with the up and coming times. I can't wait to accomplish becoming a board certified occupational therapist in pediatrics.
