Speaker: Andrew Williams, Physical Therapist
Andrew Williams: My name is Andrew Williams. I'm originally from Troy Michigan, but I'm currently practicing physical therapy in Grand Rapids at the Creston Ivy location. I will be starting the orthopedic residency this January with the 2025 cohort.
Where did you go to school, and how long have you been with Ivy? We'd love to hear what initially brought you to join the Ivy team!
Andrew Williams: I went to Grand Valley State for my undergrad and then I went to University of Michigan, Flint for PT school. I've been with Ivy for just over a year and I've decided I joined the Ivy team initially because of how personable everyone was that I interacted with. And not just how I interacted with everyone, but how I saw everyone interacting with each other as well as with the patients that they served.
What are you most excited about as you begin this residency program? What do you hope to accomplish during your time here?
Andrew Williams: I'm also excited to learn and grow my skill set as a clinician and to work with the rest of my cohort. My goal overall is to just further enhance my skill set. So that way my patients can have just overall greater outcomes. And I'm, I'm really excited to work with everyone that's in the rest of the 2025 cohort for the Ortho program.
