Mark ODonnell: Well, good morning. I'm Mark O'donnell, president founder of RGA. Maybe you've seen us on the news. We are the only networking group that wrote the book on the best business minds in Tampa Bay and we literally wrote the book on it. I've been with ITEX for probably eight years. Some of my favorite transactions are business owners that joined RGA Using their barter dollars and turned their barter dollars literally into cash transactions because they were able to be connected in the community with other folks that weren't in the trade exchange system. Some of my personal favorite trades, bed and breakfast, the dog grooming, florists, restaurants, eyeglasses. Oh my goodness. They have everything from A To Z. It's saved me both personal money and business money with banners like the one you see behind me right? So I always think when can I use ITEX instead of cash? I jump on the website, I google the different stuff or I call my favorite trade exchange broker, Amanda and she always hbos me helps a brother out. So we really like ITEX like that because it turns the trade exchange into another resource

Mark ODonnell: So RGA Offers business professionals an opportunity to broadcast their message in person, online, through our social media platforms and connect with other like minded business professionals. It's helped us grow our business because reaching small business owners is sometimes difficult and, you know, networking is kind of thinking outside the box when you come to marketing as well as ITEX. so we already have a target market that is positioned for us to reach the revenue we would not have had otherwise is members when they do an email broadcast out about RGA, our summer business Expo are events that you can use your barter dollars at. We typically get one or two new clients through the broadcast because they just hadn't really thought about RGA And they hadn't thought that they could use their barter dollars to join us. So that's what I love about. ITEX trade exchange.

Mark ODonnell: Gosh, how would I describe the benefits of ITEX. So it's another form of currency. It's the oldest form of currency. So you can turn your barter dollars into cash, right, by reaching a market or using a product or service with your barter dollars. Now I love it because when we have events and we have two or three tables left and we're wanting to close out the event, we're able to broadcast out to the ITEX trade exchange and fill those empty tables that perhaps revenue would go lost otherwise. So people are able to join in using their barter dollars, so it saves them cash and we are able to fill the seats in our events expos and mixers because people are able to use a different form of currency. It's when it's funny because when I try to explain it to my family about barter, we usually use a lot of restaurants or the events and they don't understand and I'm like don't worry about it. It's barter dollars. We traded a RGA Networking membership for this money. So thank you for helping us at the event. This is our thank you by going to a show or or what have you prospective business owners gives you another avenue to market your business, Right, to fill those empty seats. You know, what restaurant is full to capacity 100% of the time? So those empty tables technically go as lost revenue. If you have a performance for a band or a movie. Those empty seats go as lost revenue for a mixer, whether we have 100 people or 100 and 10 people, the extra 10 people build our mixers. So I would think that it's a simple way to grow your business, turn your barter dollars into cash by joining RGA Network. Done that.
