Did PCOS party help improve your symptoms - if so, please describe which ones and in what ways do you feel better physically and mentally?
Nuru : For me, it was mainly um, the acne over my face, which has completely cleared out and I can, I can go out without any makeup on and feel confident in my skin. Another one would be bloating knowing that I can eat whatever I want. Um, and not feel bloated after that really helped and, and mentally as well because then you don't have to stress about it or worry about it and you can look at yourself in the mirror with the acne and you have clear skin and it's, it's really amazing.
How would you describe G as a coach and would you recommend her to others?
Nuru : Um, as a coach, she is amazing. Um, I always recommend her to people 100% family, friends, workmates, everyone that I come across who talks about PC OS or, or hormones or just not having that the period cycle on track or someone, someone who's on the pill or someone who's got acne issues and they don't know what it is and it could be based on their hormones. I always, um, recommend them to Georgina and tell them about her because having worked with her, I've seen drastic change with PC OS and my symptoms and she is amazing.
Why is It’s a PCOS party different from other similar diets or ways you’ve tried to help your PCOS?
Nuru : Before finding out about it's a P CS party. I tried to die it by myself, which obviously did not work according to plan. Um, and then I found out about Georgina and it's a P CS party and I started working with her for a few months and I realized that it's all about balance and adapting the little changes into your lifestyle because diets are usually crash diets. You do it and then you want to lose a few pounds, you do a crash diet and then get, get the weight back on. But with Georgina, it was about putting those little changes into your daily lifestyle and that really helps and makes a difference.
How would you sum up your experience overall? Thank you!!
Nuru : My experience, my experience overall with Georgina is amazing. It was amazing. Um I loved how she, she managed and handled the coaching, the 1-1 coaching that I did with her. And it's, it's a lifestyle, you know, like I, I learned to understand my body. I learned to listen to my body. And now I know if I'm bloated or if I get a little bit of acne, I know I've eaten something wrong that I'm not supposed to eat and I'll quickly go back and start making those little changes again. Um Like, like Georgina says it's, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. So you slowly, slowly start making the changes and then they become part of your lifestyle.
