Did PCOS party help improve your symptoms - if so, please describe which ones and in what ways do you feel better physically and mentally?
Emaan Abbass: I feel like in the past whenever I tried to make switches or changes, it always really affected me mentally. I always either gave up really quickly or felt stressed because I didn't always know how to stick to the switches I was supposed to make. And I think with Georgie, one of the most helpful things was she helped me figure out really easy switches that didn't feel like I was changing my whole life. For instance, I really love my morning coffee. Um It's something that is definitely a part of my morning routine. And so she helped me figure out ways that I could still enjoy my morning coffee, but changed it up to where I definitely didn't see the side effects. Um So, you know, going decaf using sweeteners like Stevia or Monk Fruit instead of like sugar or syrup that I used to use. Um using non dairy creamers, like oat milk or coconut milk. And so it definitely helped me from a mental standpoint because I didn't feel like I was changing my entire life and they were really easy, seamless switches that I could just integrate into my lifestyle
How would you describe G as a coach and would you recommend her to others?
Emaan Abbass: And what I love about Georgie is that she keeps it so real. Um, she really understands because she's been through it herself and she understands how challenging the journey is with PC OS and how you really need to find ways of still living and enjoying your life, but also managing your symptoms. So she really takes the time to get to know, you know, what do you already do in your lifestyle? How you can make easy, seamless changes without feeling like you're giving up who you are or the things that you enjoy out of your life. And I like that she makes her coaching so relatable.
Why is It’s a PCOS party different from other similar diets or ways you’ve tried to help your PCOS?
Emaan Abbass: I think the reason why it's so different is because Georgie is so passionate about the subject of PC OS and hormone health. She does a ton of research and she really likes to couple, you know, the lifestyle changes, the diet changes that she is encouraging you to make with real hard facts. You really get to understand, you know why she's telling you to make these changes and how it can benefit you. Um She's always sharing information, whether it's in her one on one coaching or on her social channels, she's sharing information. I think she just really wants to educate and empower women to make better decisions when it comes to their hormone health um and managing their lifestyle within PC OS and she really cares and it really feels like it's not just a diet, but it's a complete lifestyle and mindset change.
How would you sum up your experience overall? Thank you!!
Emaan Abbass: I would definitely recommend coaching with Georgie to anyone who is finally looking to make a change and to take control of their PC OS. Again, I think that Georgie is super relatable. She's been through it herself. She understands the struggle and so she's really supportive and really tries to help to find ways that work for you and your lifestyle. And so I would definitely recommend for anyone who has been struggling and who just wants to find a way to finally make the changes and to stick to them in a way that still feels like very authentic to them and to their lifestyles.
