Hi everyone, my name is Alberta and I would just like to talk about um set up this program. Um I've been looking for such opportunity for a very long time. I've attended so many trainings without hands on experience, like having a house on project experience. So after um completion of every training Um it's really difficult for me to get a job and I've been searching for this opportunity for such a long time. I would even say like 10 years I've been looking for this great opportunity so hard for me to get a job and it wasn't easy. So um it got to a point that I'm like asking myself if something like this ever exist. So one day I just went to Youtube trying to search something like a live training project for business analysis and here come this beautiful lady just pops up video and I just listened to her and I'm like wow, this is what I'm looking for. So I followed the link and I eventually got in touch with her, I called her and we spoke and I joined the program. In fact I never like this is a blessing, there is no regret joining or getting to know Sarabjit and all her trainings are live on handsome project. And just after completing the program I got a job. In fact my first offer, I got two offers the same day, I didn't even know which one to choose, it was so difficult for me. So blessed, so happy and because her programs are live on hands like hands on projects. Um even during my interviews I didn't even struggle because I did everything I researched, it's like working in the industry what undergoing the training like you really build a like like a handsome project experience. So doing my interviews, there is nothing like actually like memorizing something from a book like I just flew like um just remembering everything that I did doing the program just talking about it and that is it and I got a job and um to be frank with you when you get a job there is nothing different. All that we are you are doing here all that she's teaching you. It's the same thing that you're going to do at the job. There is no difference at all. There is no difference. I remember doing my training with this used to tell us about like a change request when the when the change request comes in, what we have to do and then we actually have to practice it and I got the job and to my surprise I have to work on the change request and I have to meet with the change request. Ball discuss why they change while they have to discuss the reason for the change um like why the stakeholder or the end is requesting for the change and all that. And I'm like oh my God this is all that just has been talking about. So I would say that everything that she's saying everything that she's teaching taking very very seriously. There are some of the interview questions just that you will be asked. They like, it's just from her, some of her explanations and and also the prerecorded videos of the agile like interview prep and all that, make sure that you go through them, it is not and make sure that you are always in class two, it helps a lot like all that. She will tell you the examples that she will give you life experiences. All that comes, you'll be surprised you go, you'll be having interview and they'll ask you and then you just remember that all. So, I just said this in class. So training, they are wonderful. I have referred people and all people that I have referred, everybody is working, Everybody is working. So I keep on referring, I keep on referring so far, I have one person that I just recently referred again and I am 100% sure that he is also going to land a job very soon after um done with the program. So this is a great place. Um I don't really think about the money because when you get a job, I will say within the first month, it is possible that you are even going to make more than um than whatever amount that she took from you, you make it more with than that within a month and your life is going to change. Um it's a life changing part for me and I am so blessed to be part of this great family and she's awesome. She's so experienced and she she she's ready to give it for during my time. Um even before the program the training got like before we even ended up training, a lot of people got a job, it's like today. So this was to get a job like I got offered all that and I don't know who he's looking for a job right now in my badge, not know who he's looking for a job. We didn't get a job. I don't know yet, but it seems like we all landed something got a job and um I just finished a problem, not quite long. And after that to offer that I received, I picked one and within I started the job somewhere in I think I'm saying within 23 months I received another offer again. Far better than what I received like what I was working on and then I have to live and like way far better the salary, like a very big gap, way far better within 23 months on the job built experience from that place again, try to look for something, something better, something better offer again. And if I tell you the like the salary gap, the increase that I received, it was just amazing. So never give up, never give up when you put your resumes out there, never give even your 1st 2nd interview might disappoint. You never keep up. Never give up keep on pushing and pushing and pushing and you're going to land a job because I believe in this training I believe in this program because it's a hands on take it very very seriously. The agile take it seriously understand the explanation what when they're talking about Prince what it means interview. They normally ask you, can you walk me through the, have you ever worked in agile projects? Yes. Can you walk me through? They want to know they will ask you how many people are in a team. How many people you work with? And I remember doing my training with She always said that we should always give numbers like nine or something like that. seven. And you have to know that like your team members you just have to be ready to talk about it. Talk most of the most questions they ask about agile like work through the agile process. Um The springs, how many ways that the Spring taste do Also normally ask about change request as a V. A. How do you handle change request, make sure you understand everything and and and then do the project as well when you are being assigned to do something do it because when you do it doing the interview it's not going to be difficult for you. You will just flow, you're just going to keep on talking like somebody with real real work experience. So you are going to make it. You're going to get a job I made it and all the people that have referred are working. So I believe that you are also going to get a job and never give up. Thank you so much. Thank you Sarah.
