Please state your name, title, and company.

Tim Grimes: My name is Tim Grimes. My title is Business Support Specialist and I work for Right at Home Northwest in home care.

Please explain who your company is, what it does, and who it serves.

Tim Grimes: Right at Home Northwest is an in home care agency in the Northwest part of Washington state. We provide personal care and companion care for elderly adults and disabled adults in our community. We also look to improve the quality of life for those we serve as employees. Those caregivers that we have, and how we can better provide flexibility and benefits to their work life balance.

How many employees does your company have?

Tim Grimes: Right at Home Northwest has, on average, around 80 plus caregivers on our payroll. We have about 10 to 15 staff through three offices and four counties in Northwest Washington.

What did you need in an HCM partner and how does isolved solve for those needs?

Tim Grimes: When I came to Right at Home Northwest, I started out learning about payroll and billing. I've taken over the process for our caregivers and isolved has really solved all my problems when it comes to understanding more about any benefits and pay questions I have. The system was in place when I got started and I haven't needed to look anywhere else. The support has always been over the top whenever I call to answer questions or get specific answers. I see that they continue to expand the interfaces and the options in the portal. It's very user friendly. I love using the university and the engagement platform to stretch my understanding and set ourselves up for future success.

How was implementation with isolved?

Tim Grimes: I wasn't around for the implementation. I've been here for a couple of years and it was already in place well before that. For my predecessors, and those that are still around, it was very smooth, very responsive, very thorough and we're very happy with the product. We get calls often about home care agencies that can benefit from this or that when it comes to pay. When options were available, isolved was integrated with those options and we've not needed to look at any other options. We're very happy with what's come of it today.

What is a tangible key benefit you saw from using isolved? (ex: hours saved, money saved, etc.)

Tim Grimes: Once isolved was implemented and we understood our processes, it was just a matter of uploading and making some edits. It saves me time every week that I input data. I save a lot of time on reports. We do a lot of bonus calculations based on hours and benefit eligibility and things like that. The reporting function has really saved me when I go there and find exactly what I need. It's been very helpful.

Anything else you would like to add?

Tim Grimes: One big piece of feedback that our team here often shares with me, and I know that there's a lot of users out there with different abilities and experience, but often we have trouble with people signing into their account for the first time. I go through the welcome email. I can resend it. I walk them through it, and I know that there's gonna always be that amount. Any ability to get an android or google play app in place would be pretty excellent. I think anything to kind of smooth that experience for the end user; our employees. Those that are accessing their pay stubs. I've gotten the feedback that it's not very easy to navigate once they do get in, and then most of them don't log in just because of whatever it is their situation is. But if you could get an app out in the world that is super easy to find, to log in, remembers credentials and it's mobile friendly. I think that would be a great benefit for our our our agency.
