Please explain who your company is, what it does, and who it serves.
Sara Busch: Over Mayor is a law firm in Philadelphia. Um, and we have many, many different areas of practice with over 100 attorneys, nine offices and about 85 staff members.
How many employees does your company have?
Sara Busch: We have over 100 attorneys and 85 staff members.
What did you need in an HCM partner and how does isolved solve for those needs?
Sara Busch: We needed a system that helps us streamline on boarding, payroll, PTO, reporting at year end. And isolved has created us custom reports, has helped us with our carryover balances, and our upfront uploads of PTO balances. Um We have really utilized the system to accommodate the special request that our firm does have. And the customer service team always works hard to try to find a solution if it doesn't exactly fit what we are looking for.
How was implementation with isolved?
Sara Busch: Implementation with isolved went pretty smoothly. There are things that we now have to go back and adjust now that we know the system so well ourselves after working in it for three years, but the reps are very knowledgeable, are willing to assist and have even created a optimization team to work with us on those special requests.
What is a tangible key benefit you saw from using isolved? (ex: hours saved, money saved, etc.)
Sara Busch: A benefit that we saw in utilizing isolved, was minimizing a lot of our paper processes like I9, on-boarding W4, employee documents, and it's something that we're still working on moving forward and does a great job housing everything in one place. And our goal is to eventually be as minimal on paper as possible and fully utilize to keep track of most HR, Payroll, and Benefit heavy things.

Sara Busch: We are really grateful for how responsive isolved is to our request and to our needs. And when there is issues or things that we think could use improvement, we do let the team members know and they do try their hardest to alleviate those issues. Find us a solution or put it into the suggestion box and make it something that they could improve in the future.
