How long have you worked with isolved and what is your title?
Jordan Cassidy: My name is Jordan Cassidy. I have been at isolved just over two years and I am a Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Why did you decide to join isolved?
Jordan Cassidy: I decided to join isolved because of how smooth the interview process went. And I just loved all the people I spoke to and met along the way. I could really get a sense of how awesome the culture was just in those preliminary steps.
What makes isolved different?
Jordan Cassidy: I think what really makes isolved different is the environment that we work in. The work ethic of everyone I interact with is just different from anything I've ever experienced. I feel like everybody gives it their all, it really impacts, you know, your immediate team, but all of the teams around you and I think that's truly where we set ourselves apart is that the environment we've established for us to you know, do our day to day jobs is just top notch.
What are you looking forward to as you continue your career with isolved?
Jordan Cassidy: I'm really looking forward to growing my career with isolved. I'm really excited about any new challenges that come my way that I have the opportunity to overcome. So I think that's something that's really exciting with a growing company is that new things are always coming your way and there's new opportunities for growth.
How would you describe isolved’s culture?
Jordan Cassidy: I love the culture at isolved. The number one thing I personally love about the culture is that there is so much trust built between the teams. I feel like I can lean on my team members for really anything with the reciprocated feeling. And that's something that makes the work environment so positive. Aside from that teamwork and being such a results focused team also is definitely at the forefront of our culture.
What does it mean to Win As One?
Jordan Cassidy: I think the 'Win As One' mentality really means that we're all in this together. So when one team succeeds, another team succeeds, and we're all in it for the same common goal. So we're all here to support each other. And when we all support each other, we can do bigger and better things.
