Jenny Quarles: Hi, my name is Jenny Quarles and I am the Payroll Specialist for Family Resource Agency.
Please explain who your company is, what it does, and who it serves.
Jenny Quarles: Our company is Family Resource Agency We work with the headstart for Tennessee and Georgia and Pre K Services. We serve Cleveland, Tennessee and surrounding areas. We also have a company in Georgia that serves the Northwest Georgia area.
How many employees does your company have?
Jenny Quarles: Our company has approximately 500 employees.
What did you need in an HCM partner and how does isolved solve for those needs?
Jenny Quarles: We were looking for a new system for our payroll and human resources, so that we could try to get our onboarding online, and where our files would be in people cloud. The payroll program that isolved uses is very helpful for us. It calculates. We just put the hours in, and it calculates the things that we need. We're also able to do our allocations because we have different allocations for different sites and different jobs that we have.
How was implementation with isolved?
Jenny Quarles: The implementation with our payroll system was wonderful. We got good customer service. We still get good customer service any time we have questions. They always get back with us. We really like the people at isolved. We are in the process of implementing the onboarding piece with this and that is also going well. We're also getting all the help we need with that.
What is a tangible key benefit you saw from using isolved? (ex: hours saved, money saved, etc.)
Jenny Quarles: isolved has helped us save tremendous hours that we used to spend doing payroll, which in turn saves money for our company. Because we are a grant based company, we try to save money where we can. isolved has been very well equipped to help us with that.
Anything else you would like to add?
Jenny Quarles: We've been using isolved for a couple of years now. It's been a very good program. We were able last year to go to isolved Connect. We got a lot of good information while we were there. We were also considering some of the other platforms that isolved has out there for use. We just overall like our customer service that we get from this company.
