Breana Tavalario: We are a regional law firm on the East Coast, and we serve a variety of legal needs.
How many employees does your company have?
Breana Tavalario: We have about 200 employees here at our firm.
What did you need in an HCM partner and how does isolved solve for those needs?
Breana Tavalario: One of our most important things in finding a HCM partner was finding somebody with great technology to help us really break down and understand our varied benefit offering, eligibility rules and functions. We had primarily used pencil and spreadsheet before converting over to isolved, and it's really helped streamline a lot of our practices and efficiencies.
How was implementation with isolved?
Breana Tavalario: Our implementation was handled by very experienced professionals. They took a lot of the work off of my plate. They were very patient, thorough and really easy to work with.
What is a tangible key benefit you saw from using isolved? (ex: hours saved, money saved, etc.)
Breana Tavalario: I think the technology, and the organization of the system has been such a godsend to us, especially throughout the pandemic as we were working from home, not having to access personnel files was a huge thing and having everything at our fingertips. It's just allowed us to be more efficient, and also, not as wasteful with our paper files.
Anything else you would like to add?
Breana Tavalario: I think isolved offers a really great technology. It's a very logical system with tons of ability. It has really created more streamlined and efficient processes for us. The ability to connect from any internet connection has really been wonderful, and the team is great. You can have very advanced reporting. I look forward to continuing to utilize the software and see what other enhancements we can make.
