How long have you worked with isolved and what is your title?

Andrea Small: I've worked with isolved for five years and I've worked with a company that was acquired by isolved for 11 years. My current title is Senior Manager of the Insurance Operations team.

Why did you decide to join isolved?

Andrea Small: I decided to work for isolved because their goals and core values align with my own in providing excellent customer service for their clients. It was important to me to work for a company that valued their partnership with their clients and that's what isolved does. I also found that there was a lot of room for growth in my profession and room for advancement.

What makes isolved different?

Andrea Small: isolved is different from other companies because of the technology that they provide. But not only do they provide excellent technology, they are always looking for ways to grow the technology, improve the technology and create efficiencies. It's never status quo. It's always looking to be better.

What are you looking forward to as you continue your career with isolved?

Andrea Small: As I continue my career with isolved. I'm looking forward to growing myself as an employee and a manager and I'm looking forward to growing and developing my team as well.

How would you describe isolved’s culture?

Andrea Small: isolved's culture is very inclusive and engaging and also gives opportunities for volunteer work in the community which I have participated in.

What does it mean to Win As One?

Andrea Small: 'Win As One' means that we all work together to provide an amazing service for our clients. There are a lot of different teams and a lot of different departments. But the end goal is always to provide that excellent customer service for our clients. And we all have to work together to do that.
