Amy Bliss: Hello! My name is Amy Bliss. I'm the Executive Director for the Wisconsin Housing Alliance.
Please explain who your company is, what it does, and who it serves.
Amy Bliss: Wisconsin Housing Alliance is a nonprofit trade association that represents the factory built housing industry here in Wisconsin. That would be modular homes and manufactured homes.
How many employees does your company have?
Amy Bliss: Our company is super small. We only have four employees, but it's a strong but mighty team.
What did you need in an HCM partner and how does isolved solve for those needs?
Amy Bliss: We needed a partner that could handle our payroll processing and, most importantly, all the tax withholding to make sure that we were doing it right, and on time. It was a great time saver for us.
How was implementation with isolved?
Amy Bliss: The implementation process with isolved was near perfection. There were no glitches. Everything was done right and quickly to our satisfaction.
What is a tangible key benefit you saw from using isolved? (ex: hours saved, money saved, etc.)
Amy Bliss: isolved saves me probably five hours for each payroll that is processed. It really takes away from having to worry about our 401K plan, withholding and matching. And it just makes things so easy. We know our reports for tax reporting are done correctly, and we know that they're done on time. It saves a lot of money and a lot of time.

Amy Bliss: I'm just so happy that I found isolved because they really make my life easier. They're such a great partner and they probably save us from an additional staff person, which, as we know, that can be very expensive.
