Thom Rippon: Hi, my name is Thom Rippon, and I'd like to tell you a little bit about my experience with Isaac Health. I started off probably about 4 years ago, starting to lose a little bit of my memory, as my wife said, but I didn't think it was significant enough to do anything about it. Just thought, maybe it's old age, you know.
Thom Rippon: But anyway, about a year and a half ago, I realized she was right, I was really losing my memory. I couldn't remember where I put my keys, couldn't remember where my sunglasses, wallet or anything. From moment to moment, I'd leave a room and wonder why I walked in. It was crazy. I just really started to get worried and something had to be done. So we started looking around and found Isaac Health. Fortunately for us, we were able to qualify and get into their program, which allowed me to meet three significant people that supported me in my progress of getting where I am today. First, Tabitha Hancock, as my coordinator, was able to make sure all of my processes, arrangements, medical, prescriptions, everything was all in place as we were along the progress. She coordinated all my meetings and scheduled them with a therapist, that was Hannah Caron. Caron was very helpful in getting me to organize thoughts, putting things in the right place, setting up little trays that would have places for my wallet, my watch, my sunglasses, everything, so that I always knew where I was putting things in place.
Thom Rippon: In addition to all that, from the beginning, I was in contact with Doctor Gabor Ferenczy. Doctor Gabor was a very integral part in prescribing medication for me. A little bit, over time, he increased the dosage to a point where I believe it started to help me a bit in my memory functions.
Thom Rippon: Today, I'm not forgetting little things. Well, there are little things that I do forget, but the things that I was forgetting daily seem to have been gone. I remember appointments now. I remember where I put my sunglasses. I may not remember right away, but when I sit down and just think a little bit, I go, oh, I remember where that is, and go walk and get them. This is due to all of the people that have been supporting me. Again, that is Tabitha, Hannah, and Doctor Ferenczy. These 3 people have got me where I am today, and I'm very grateful for all the effort that they've given me. Additionally, I can tell anybody that's listening to this that Isaac Health is a very empathetic organization and I am sure have the same people or as many people giving the same care that these three have given me. I truly recommend that you contact Isaac Health like I did and see what they can do to support you. I am pleased with the decision that my wife and I made, and very happy that we are where we are today, and I can remember to do these things. Thank you very much and good luck with Isaac Health!
