Speaker: Chelsie Santoro, Senior Customer Growth Manager, IPSecure
What initially drew you to IPSecure, and what aspects of the company’s mission resonate most with you?
Chelsie Santoro: You know, I think initially it was the change in how we should be approaching brand protection being in the industry for close to a decade. You see a lot of companies trying to approach it in a lot of the same ways, all right, monitoring the globe for IP infringements, continuous enforcement actions, etc, etc. And while there's certainly value in those methods and always will be we have to evolve right along with the world, you know. So IPSecure was the first to approach it with revenue growth and ROI being the driving factor by its development specifically with the world's largest ecommerce platform Amazon as we all know it. So it goes simply beyond protecting your brand's intellectual property rights. The consistent monitoring of the buy box along with near real time analytics. It really gives data and insight into the sellers that are disrupting a client's revenue stream by taking over the buy box. So our goal is to help them take that back from those unauthorized sellers. And secondly, the software is very, very intuitive, it's user friendly. It really does a great job of highlighting everything that's happening in an account. users can look at it from either a high level standpoint or if needed, we have the ability to dive deep into the weeds. So the software really just brings so much value that I think a lot of other companies might be missing.
What strategies are most effective for managing client needs and ensuring successful outcomes in brand protection and project management?
Chelsie Santoro: You know, while it's not impossible to be effective in brain protection without some sort of project management experience or skills, it can be a very valuable asset in the space. So, you know, as a client base grows, it's very important to give every client the same level of attention and time and details. They're, they're all equally important to all of our success. Theirs and ours alike. So between recurring account, check ins, enforcement actions, reporting, push back all the things, it can be super easy to lose track of everything that needs to happen in order to continue running like a well oiled machine with all the clients. So our services team uses a few tools in order to manage those day to day activities. Big one being HubSpot, it does have a lot of integrations that we can use to stay aligned on client requests or account needs user activity. We're continually updating our knowledge base which has been super, super useful so far. So essentially, it's great for ensuring that we're regularly touching base with clients. We all probably have our own methods or tools we use for personal time management organization, you know, to do lists of sorts. I've used quite a few project management tools over the years. Two that I continue to come back to our Coda and Monday.com depending on the specific need. So just being extremely organized and continuing to do those regular check ins with clients is very, very handy in the space.
What are you passionate about outside of your job?
Chelsie Santoro: You know, I, I think I have a lot of different passions or things that I really enjoy doing. You know, living in a place where we get to experience all four seasons definitely has its perks. I enjoy riding bikes, taking scooters going along the Boise River Green Belt. Trying out new restaurants is always fun around here. But sometimes I can also just wanna hang in, hang at home and lounge around with my husband and our English bulldog. But of course, hanging with friends and family traveling when we can crafting sometimes I'm good sometimes I'm not, but I still enjoy doing it. So yes, I just, just enjoying life and all the, the different things that come along with it.
