Could you describe a time that IPSecure helped you?
Shelley Swallow: Hi. Um IP Secure helps us not only with our day to day brand protection business, but also they help us with our uh Biz Dep department. So we get a lot of reporting that has important data points for the brands that we um pitch our services to on an on the agency side with estimated loss sales. Um This information, brands, brands often tell you that they don't have a brand protection problem. And then when we come to the table with the report that IP Secure puts together for us that shows estimated lost sales and the number of resellers that they have brands are shocked. Um You know, and then they realize they have a problem. Um and it, it's helped us get, I wanna, I wanna say we're three or four brands in that we've been able to acquire uh based on that. So that's our Biz Dev side of IP Secure helping us on our day to day business. The information with the um I call it a heat map. Um IP Secure would might call it something else but it helps brands. Um it's locational and helps brands see where their problem is they may have a distribution center in Florida and the heat map shows a large um population of, of unauthorized resellers in that area. Um And the brands are able to take a harder look at the retailers, the distribution centers that they have in those areas and look and see if they've got leaks in their distribution. Um Those are our two big things that IP Secure has helped us with the ease of the platform is a help in and of itself um with being able to send um the cease and desist letters pretty easily from the platform and, and who we want to send them to depending on my criteria um as an agency, what I look at for sending them.
How would you describe IPSecure Inc. in three words?
Shelley Swallow: In three words, I would describe IP secure as efficient, um, responsive and knowledgeable.
Please describe what you like the most about IPSecure products or services?
Shelley Swallow: What I like most about IP Secures products, um and services. I are their ease of use the data that we get and the responsiveness from um David and his team. Um I've been in the brand protection space for about nine years and I've used 10 different agencies, um at least in that time and this is the one kind of a one stop shop for me. Everything, all the data, I need, everything that I need to do. My job is on the dashboard. Um and it's, it's user friendly. If I have an issue I am um, have a response same day and we've had an excellent experience with IP Secure.
How would you describe your interactions with IPSecure team members?
Shelley Swallow: My interactions with IP secure team members have been all positive. Um, any time we have a unique problem. Um, I, I might think it's unique. They've heard it all, I think. Um, but it's something, whether it's reporting or, um, a, a brand protection question that I want to run past them. They are extremely helpful um, in getting the information and looking at different reporting based on what our needs are. Um, it's not, their processes aren't so rigid that they aren't willing to help me. They are always willing to help me, um, in finding solutions for my brands, they make my job easier.
