Could you describe a time that IPSecure helped you?

Nick Lawton: IP Secure has been very helpful uh to our business overall. Um We had a problem identifying third party sellers on Amazon that were affecting our business and IP Secure has helped us track them. Um figure out who is uh responsible, who the unauthorized parties are and they've done a great job with that. Um I can't say enough about the support they provided uh the reporting, everything's been above board and top notch and very appreciate. It's really helped us get a handle on an important issue that affects our bottom line revenue.

How would you describe IPSecure Inc. in three words?

Nick Lawton: If I had to describe IP secure in three words, I would say, uh, smart, professional and trustworthy. Um, they've literally been, uh, a, a fantastic partner across the board and really, um, that the, the platform is incredible, they keep improving it. Um, it's fantastic information that we wouldn't have had access to all in one place. And as I said, it keeps getting better. Um, amazing to deal with, uh, timelines are always respected. Um, anything, you know, we, we, we talk quite a bit and, and figure out what we need to do what's best for the business. And, um, yeah, it feels like a real partnership, which is, I think the best thing you can say about working with somebody, they've been great. Yeah.

Please describe what you like the most about IPSecure products or services?

Nick Lawton: I think my favorite thing uh that I like the most about IP secure product and the, and the services they provide is that it's very easy to use. Um We get access to reporting 24 7, we're able to go on a platform and log in and, and check out the most recent stats. Um Everything's, it's just really easy to use. I think the ease of use is the best possible thing I could say about it. Um It's just, and it's really smart, it's intuitive, you're not trying to search for things. Um And they keep improving and I think, you know, they, there's, there's always new iterations of, of sort of the way that the dashboard looks. I know that they've been working a lot in the background to, to improve um certain functionalities based on what customers uh have asked for. So I think in overall, it's just really easy, simple. It's something you can literally present uh to people that you work with uh senior leadership and explain it very easily. It's not something that's um you know, cold and, and, and hard to, to, to describe or hard to explain. Um just very easy to use and really gets to, to the point of what you're using them for, which is tracking sellers that are stealing your, buy a box in Amazon. So can be uh couldn't be more happy uh about the, the product and, and what the services they offer.

How would you describe your interactions with IPSecure team members?

Nick Lawton: Ok, this is an easy one. The I PC care team is absolutely fantastic. Um, they have been great, uh, from the moment we started talking to them, uh, about sort of the potential of working together and always been there for us. Uh, any questions we have anything that we need. They've been absolutely incredible, um, very professional, uh, very fast response times and just, yeah, just really a very comfortable working relationship. I think they've been, they've been in a space for, for some time. Uh, Dave especially and, and it's just, yeah, it just, it's, it's a breath of fresh air. They're very, um, if, if, like I said, I've said this before, it's like a partnership. It feels like, uh, you're working with a true partner that's trying to get, help you to, um, solve a critical issue with your business and they act as an ally along the way and help you, uh, overcome obstacles. I think they're, um, been some of the best people I've dealt with, uh, outside of our own organization, uh, so far and, uh, the longer that we work together, the better it gets, they, they just, they really get to know you, um, and get to know your company and what you guys need, what your needs are. And, um, yeah, I can't say enough about the people. Um, Kaya is absolutely fantastic and, and just a great, uh, you know, sort of day to day contact and, yeah, I look forward to working with them for many years to come and, and hope we get to.
