Could you describe a time that IPSecure helped you?
Aman Advani: IB Secure helped us when we were first getting started with brand protection as an agency. I remember the first few sellers we dealt with resellers with. And initially, we were going through the normal brand registry methods trying to submit case logs trying to claim with Amazon that these were not legitimate sellers. But even though we had a very experienced team and we've been working with Amazon for many years, we found it quite difficult to get even one reseller removed. And through IP Secures letter sending method and through just consulting with them and talking with Kai our account manager, we were able to get all the resellers successfully kicked off of the first handful of listings we tested while using IP Secure.
How would you describe IPSecure Inc. in three words?
Aman Advani: If I could pick three words to describe Dave and his team over at IP Secure, I would pick proactive, communicative and effective uh proactive. They are always reading up on Amazon news and up to date on the best strategies and the best practices to target resellers communicative. We are able to get a hold of Kai our account manager or anyone at the team that we need to in a timely manner to get our problems resolved and effective. The pro the program really does work and the system works and uh there's many ways the I PC has helped us target and remove resellers for our sellers that we work with.
Please describe what you like the most about IPSecure products or services?
Aman Advani: The two things I like most about IP Secure and the services and the team. And speaking to the services first, the product really gives you insight into resellers, how much you're losing out on each week, each month, each year and gives you a plan to effectively target each reseller. And then speaking to the team just how proactive, how communicative they are. It's really easy to get results fast because we're working at the same speed and we're moving along daily.
How would you describe your interactions with IPSecure team members?
Aman Advani: My interactions with the IP secure team members have been nothing but positive and uh definitely want to give a shout out to Kai, our account manager who has been extremely helpful since day one and worked with us, whether it's regarding resellers and strategies to target them, whether it's regarding training on the tool and training our team to use the tools uh or just working with us on contracts and pricing and making sure that we're always getting the best and most effective plan for our clients as an agency. It's really been helpful on all fronts to just work with Kai and Dave and in general, their entire team is nothing but a pleasure to work with.
