Speaker: JULIE STEPHENS

Which section of the test was the most challenging for you?

JULIE STEPHENS: So the most difficult parts of the test for me was or were related to some of the word problems, I never been a big fan of those and some of the directions as far as like neighborhood directions, how many blocks is this, how many blocks is that I'm more of a GPS or make a right by the old Johnson farm kind of gal, whereas this was a little more spatial awareness, if you will, so, but I got there, it was all good. They were very good about explaining any wrong answers.

How was your overall testing experience?

JULIE STEPHENS: I think I mentioned in the first clip that my overall testing experience was very positive again, by the time I sat down and realized how familiar the questions were and the format was, it, it just erased the majority of my fears or anxiety as I was going through the test and I scored in the supposedly above the 90th percentile. So this absolutely was worth the investment.

How would you recommend future test takers get ready for the test?

JULIE STEPHENS: So, getting ready for the test in terms of my recommendations, obviously, you're gonna wanna get this particular application so that you can go through the practice rounds. Give yourself a little space and eliminate noise distractions because the tests are timed, especially when you're sitting down and going through it at the job site. So, you wanna have at least a few rounds of the practice so that by the time you do get in and actually take the test for the potential employer, you're gonna be good to go and be able to meet or exceed those timing requirements.
