Speaker: Amirhossein Hajibabaei (Amir)

Can you introduce yourself?

Amirhossein Hajibabaei (Amir): Hello, my name is Amir and I'm a master's student in Sweden. KKH University.

Which section of the test was the most challenging for you?

Amirhossein Hajibabaei (Amir): I think the most challenging part of the logic test is to identify the, the true pattern that exist in the matrix of figures. And, and you have only two minutes to do so and it's a bit tricky and you might feel stressed. So I would say to be sharp enough and to practice sufficiently in order to identify those figures under two minutes is a key skill to do so. And I think doing and practicing by, iPREP gave me a very good confidence to do so.

How was your overall testing experience?

Amirhossein Hajibabaei (Amir): After practicing, with iPREP I thought that it's time to take the real test. So I did my test in a quiet place. It seemed a bit challenging and stressful. I should confess. But it was a good experience, you know, it was exciting to do the real test and I was pretty much satisfied with my result. It was very, very good, I believe. And I think it was a good decision that I didn't rush through the whole real tests and I took some time to prepare myself for it.

How would you recommend future test takers get ready for the test?

Amirhossein Hajibabaei (Amir): I think those who are going to take all the tests, they must, take some time before, going, before doing the real test itself. I think it's, it's a good thing to consider, to be well prepared for this test. Because there might be some companies that put lots of value and, lots of weight on these tests, because they want to perhaps hire a, a person with high intellectual, capacity. So that's a, that's a good thing to, you know, take your time, prepare yourself in advance for the test, not, rush into the test and say, ok, you know, that's a, that's a stage that I should take as soon as possible. but on the other hand, I would say it's good that, you know, not to, be, so obsessed with it, you know, I mean, ok, you practice perhaps for 2, 3 or 4 or perhaps a day for the test, but I would say that's enough then go to the real test, you know, don't, on the other hand, don't put too much, time and effort on this test, pick a quiet place to do it and, try not to panic, you know, if you don't know the answer, just let it go. The test is adaptive. And as far as I understood, it means that if you just choose the wrong answer in a question, it will get easier in the next question. So, that's a good point, you know. So, it will be adopted, according to the answers that you, just choose that the answer that you choose. So that's good, I think.
