Mark Searls: Hi, this is Jessica Ross, the VP of Sales at Invarosoft and we are here today at the Team Logic IT Owners Summit and I am here with Mark Searls from Lafayette and really excited, how's the show going for you? It's going really well. Thank you. Awesome. And would you like to just tell us a little bit about your MSP. So I am in Lafayette Colorado, not Lafayette Louisiana, which is just outside of Boulder Colorado. Been opened for about 4.5 years and used to do large enterprise global managed services before that. So now we're taking care of small, medium businesses in the area. Excellent, excellent. And what would you say? the Invarosoft platform is helping, you know, what problem is it helping you to solve? Mainly right now for us, customer experience (CX) is a big one. Just making it easy for our customers to do business with us, particularly the users, as part of a franchise, the whole 'support@' email address thing gets a little bit complicated they get longer, harder for users to remember. So Invarosoft takes that away completely. And then on top of that, it allows us to communicate with our clients and the end user specifically directly and really, helps us differentiate ourselves and stand out in the market as, as having that higher quality customer experience, which is always tough with IT and regular people. So that's probably the main thing for us right now. And also it's a platform we can build on. Fantastic. Is there one thing that you would say, one benefit that you would recommend to other franchises that right out of the bat, they'd get a quick ROI or see instant value? So particularly, I think when I first opened, I wish we had something like Invarosoft because, it really allows you to do the customer experience right from the beginning, so, and then a lot of the things you guys have added to the platform (vCIO, Live Chat, Identity Security etc) that is the perfect time to add that stuff in, get it right and then, it just becomes a natural part of everything you do for every customer instead of having to go back, change things, explain to your customers while you're doing a different now, all of that. So I think that would be my, probably my primary advice for, if somebody just starting out as a new owner of an MSP doesn't have to be a Team Logic, and for existing MSPs it's getting harder and harder to differentiate from your competition and this is a new, a new way to do that. So I think that's what I would say. Awesome! Well, thank you so much, Mark.
