How has Internet Sales Coaching addressed a challenge your company had before?
Jacob Berry: So internet sales coaching addressed the challenge for my company to really uh get these, uh you know, internet sales people trained up, uh you know, provide a lot of scripts, a lot of materials, a lot of structure, a lot of organization where we were just kind of all over the place before he came in. So we really appreciate that.
What has been the main impact of using your Internet Sales Coaching product?
Jacob Berry: The main impact is that we see better attitudes with staff. And we're just able to really start looking at the metrics in a way that we never really saw them before.
