What is the Sales Process Execution team aiming to achieve this FY?
Matt Brown: What are we aiming to achieve? Well, fundamentally it's about building the capability of the sales team to execute their sales using our tools, Our mission, as we've defined it, is really to enable sales excellence by providing all of our sales, the all of the users of our sales tools with what they need to know when they need to know it and critically where they are going to instinctively look to find it. So it's a big (development) I think, but it really I think gives an insight as to what we're looking to to achieve this year as a as a starting point.
What are you most excited about in taking on this new role?
Matt Brown: The guys in Europe know, how passionate I've been over the last few years around how we can make the tools more usable, make them better and how and that I really, really love helping people learn how to use the tools as well. So being able to look at making this and doing this in a much more efficient way, and expanding that remit globally is really getting me excited.
How do you hope to leverage technology to better enable the sales team?
Matt Brown: Now this might well be what I'm getting properly excited about actually, looking at how we can make better use of some of the really, really good and established technologies that are out there and also look at pushing the envelope in terms of what's new and upcoming and exciting to be able to help make things better. I think the, the key things that I mentioned before about that mission that we put up there about what you need to know when you need to know it and where you instinctively look, I think, are some really, really key opportunities that we can leverage technology to enable the same sales team better.
