Growing As A Leader
How did your confidence and clarity grow as a result of understanding your unique leadership identity?
Working with. Roger gave me the space to understand who I am as a leader. One of the things that I did, which was the most helpful in this regard, was the 360 review, Roger interviewed five people that I worked with to better understand when I'm in my zone as a leader, when I get tripped up, things that other people perceive that I should continue doing or stop doing. And by having the time to really reflect on that and digest it with the help of Roger, I was able to set goals for how I wanted to continue to grow as a leader. And it really gave me the confidence to step up and take ownership of what made me special as a leader and the value that I could bring to the organization.

Working with Roger has really ACCELERATED my career trajectory. I started working with Roger when I transitioned to a new company. And I have seen EXPONENTIAL growth and OPPORTUNITIES as well as promotions as a result of working with Roger.

What makes Roger's coaching style effective and unique?

One of the things that I think makes him such a POWERFUL coach is really his ability to be there, be nonjudgmental, meet you where you are and really help you define what it is that you're looking to do to CHALLENGE you in your growth. And really being a PARTNER with you along in the journey. I also think it's really helpful that every time you meet with him or if you have a question and you reach out, he gives you TANGIBLE takeaways and he also gives you homework assignments, which is actually really helpful if you're busy and you tend to run from one thing to the next thing because it really forces you to sit down and reflect about where you want to go, what you want to accomplish, what you talked about in your session. So it really makes sure you're taking in the experience and really helping to DRIVE YOUR CAREER forward.
