Kyle Loretelli - Testimonial

Hey guys, my name is Kyle Loretelli. I had the opportunity to go through the Accelerator workshop in February with Roger Johnson. In December, I had actually walked away from a job in a company that I was with for 13 years. We were going through some organizational changes. For the LAST 12 MONTHS, I was feeling pretty STUCK personally and professionally.

workshop and, and the process that I was able to go through in this, it helped me get UNSTUCK. It gave me CONFIDENCE and CLARITY in three really main areas in my Leadership and Vocationally, and maybe most importantly, Personally. I didn't realize at the time that I needed this. Honestly, after going through it, I think that there's probably a lot of people that don't realize that they need this. And I think for people that are feeling, maybe that they're STUCK or they need a change or they just need some more CLARITY. I would highly encourage you to do this. You will not regret it, the CONFIDENCE that you'll build, the tools that you'll pull out of this coming out of it will CHANGE your life. And where I'm at right now currently, compared to where I was at six to eight months ago, it is, I'm a completely different person in many, many aspects. And I think the level of CONFIDENCE in those areas is what is most, has been most rewarding through it all. So I highly encourage it. I'm very grateful that I had the opportunity to go through it.

Working with Roger was extremely beneficial. You know, some people try and do this and you know, manufacture results and, and honestly, Roger has a gift for this. He's AUTHENTIC, he's GENUINE. He truly cares, it is not a WIN for him unless you come out of this with Confidence, with CLARITY. He, as a coach, built TRUST with me very early on. I knew from the get go that he cared tremendously about me and, wanted to make sure that this process was life changing. I think where I really appreciate it is Roger helping me THINK BIGGER as I was walking through this process. You know, he has a gift to lean in, to dig deeper, to help you navigate through some of the stuff and the feedback that you're hearing and that you're getting. I think one of the big things that really I took to heart was that he really helped me be comfortable with who I am in the areas that I'm actually very successful and the gifts that God has given me, and I think for a coach to be able to bring that out in, you is one of the most important qualities in a coach. So I think Roger's style and approach is amazing. And, again, you will not, you will not regret going through this course.
