What challenges were you facing before working with us?
Rene Swart: On the challenging role that we had for a CTO position with a worldwide, responsibility, we had difficulty to find the right network for the applicants and the team helped me in a great way to find that suitable candidate.

Rene Swart: As we collaborated on a different role, we saw some candidates and it was very difficult to fill in the role, but they always kept the energy to find the right candidate, which they did at the end and we could assign the designated person.
