Laurent MONGE: I could recommend Insight Technology Search for many things including its great people. If I have to select one whose standing strength, it is the ability of ITS to convey your employer branding to the candidates.

What challenges were you facing before working with us?

Laurent MONGE: I should start by saying that we've been working with the Insight technology search for executive positions. one of our key challenges was to reach a reasonable amount of candidates, meeting all the expected criteria for the job. And as a matter of fact, it was necessary to connect to people not really looking for a job yet.

How did our service help solve your problem?

Laurent MONGE: So first of all, Insight Technology search did a very good job at understanding the overall search context, which means what is the company journey we are in, what are the expectations for the role, what kind of personality would be a good fit with the hiring manager, but also the overall team. Then ITS has been applying an efficient methodology to source candidates, pre-screen them, and then finally present them to us. And what I should also highlight is that during this overall process, ITS did a great job in terms of keeping us and the candidates well informed about the progress to date and what's next.

Once again, we have been working with ITS for executive position and such candidates are very keen to understand the company transformation journey we are in. And at the end of the day, uh, ITS are the first people to talk to candidates, hence the importance of conveying the right message. And they did it in a great manner. As a result, it was highlighted by all candidates that all what they heard during the hiring process, both from ITS and us was extremely consistent, which for me is a an outstanding achievement.
