What challenges were you facing before working with us?
Christian Dupont: At iPronics, right after we secured our round A, we had the challenge to build a team in Silicon Valley. And of course, when you are VC funded, you need to do that rapidly. You need to do that efficiently, so that the person or the team you bring really matches the culture and of the company as well as the job that they have to do. So that's the challenge we faced, especially as Silicon Valley, California was a place where we were not. So, that's when we called for help.
How did our service help solve your problem?
Christian Dupont: First of all, the team of Insight Search is a team that I knew from before, so there is a trust that exists there, and this helps, of course, a lot, to let such important activity in the hands of somebody else. Then the second thing we did is to really share our business, share our business, share our situation, get, get Chris and his team to understand our culture, the way we operate, and the way we want to operate with this US based team. And after that, we got guidance from them to build the right job description, the right environment for this head hunting that we were doing.
Why would you recommend us to others?
Christian Dupont: What I really liked when working with Chris and his team is the fact that they adapted to our needs as we go. The fact is that when we started the search, we learned both them and us, from this field, and, we adapted our search. And I was providing feedback. They were listening, they were again arguing and at the end of the day, building the optimum profile and the optimum search plan and adapting it as we go. And that was at the end successful in a quite rapid moment and I must say after now 6 months after the search was completed, the team is working well. And I can really operate the worldwide team correctly thanks to this good match between the US team and the team in Spain. So based on that, that's really the reason that I would recommend to work with Insight Search. They really connect to your team and they know what they are doing and they're very dedicated and therefore, I think it's a trusted team to work with and I will do that again, by the way.
