Heather Blevins: Hey there In2Risk community! This is Heather Blevins and it is my absolute honor to be presenting this year with the most incredible, passionate team of individuals, Gregg Golson, Tony LaRocca and Dr. Ray Shelton. Our session Empowering Claims Professionals with Resilience is designed to build the right kind of leadership capabilities in today's claims leaders for that very tough world that is our claims industry today. Vicarious trauma in claims adjusters is a very real impact to the health and well-being of our claims workforces. Leaders at every level, no matter your title, we need YOU to engage in this workshop to help our claims professionals to have the awareness, build the right kind of resilient attitudes and to take the action that they can to solve this challenge to our industry.
