Sally Nesmith, CPCU, APA, CIC: Hello, I'm Sally Nesmith and I work for a workers comp insurance carrier, UBIC or Utah Business Insurance Company, and I'm new to In2Risk and I'm very excited to share the joy of being in a mentorship with people of different ages. At In2Risk I'll be one of three presenters who will be leading a session titled: Mentorship Smashes Ageism. Lamont Boyd and Andrea Gately will join me as leaders of this interactive session. I have worked in this incredible insurance industry for over 35 years and I have learned so much from partnering with industry new hires. Our session is not going to focus just on the "traditional" mentorship relationship but also what I call "reverse mentorship" because you know what, we all have something to learn from each other. I am really looking forward to In2Risk, not only connecting with other professionals and friends, but also attending some of the very deep insurance topics that are going to be covered.
