Dr Brad Gronke (He/Him): Hi, I'm Dr. Brad (He/Him) and I am looking forward to reaching new heights at In2Risk 2024 by presenting to each and every one of you ethically using risk tech to lead tremendously. During this interactive presentation, the audience will be taken to an ethical launch pad where people are first. Where we are taught to lead human beings ethically. Through my CARE model of compassion, advocacy and recovery, attendees will gain ethically actionable tools. Participants will be able to navigate the ethical integration of today's emerging artificial intelligence. When the self develops in an ethical way, the entire organization improves too. Case studies will be presented and analyzed in a group setting. I'm looking forward to all of the presenters and presentations at In2Risk 2024.
