Our session, Digging Deeper: Social Media and Claims Investigations, provides practical strategies for implementing social media investigations and claim sampling. Beginning with an overview of insurance fraud and then discussing the role of social media, ethical considerations and legal implications. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions and surveys to share their perspectives.
