What is the key usage of the Global ODCE Index?
Charles W. Haase: The key usage of the Global ODCE Index is to strengthen and support the ODCE brand which already has a rich 40-year data history in the United States and which is rapidly growing in the European and Asia Pacific markets. This index will enhance the transparency and visibility already promoted to our regional ODCE indices and give our members a richer understanding of what real estate returns look like on a global basis. All the members of all three of our organisations will have access to the Global ODCE data and other regional ODCE indices to which they would not otherwise have access.
