Mustafa Chenti: My name is Mustafa Chenti, I work at PwC Luxembourg and I'm delighted to be part of this programme. I decided to join the mentorship programme because if I look back at my career that started 22 years ago I would love to have someone like me or one of the mentors to support me in my career and in making decisions across my career path. I would love to give to my mentees what I didn't have 22 years ago. I want to give them the opportunity to explore, to know themselves and to investigate whether their current career path is something that they want to pursue for the rest of their lives and creating opportunities.
