Why did you decide to join the INREV Mentorship Programme as a mentee?
Viktoria Richtsfeld: The reason why I wanted to join this programme is to expand my network beyond my company. Even though, I feel like I have great mentors within my company, it's a good chance to, speak with people outside the company.
What do you expect from your mentor and from other mentees?
Basically some general advice, what worked and what didn't work while proceeding towards the goals. and being open, being very honest, also, being critical with me. And providing the support whenever she sees fit. And what I expect from my fellow mentees is actually, since we are all in a similar place with our careers, also to be critical and transparent. And providing honest feedback.
