Why did you decide to join the INREV Mentorship Programme as a mentee?
Anastasia Reynolds: I think it's a really great opportunity to network but also learn from people with different roles across the industry. I think you learn lots about different perspectives which you wouldn't necessarily get just from your own company or your own job role. It's been a really enriching experience and I definitely recommend it.
What do you expect from your mentor and from other mentees?
I think both of my mentors have been really great. I think they're both really committed to the programme. They've come prepared, they've come with goals about what they like to get out of it and how they expect us to engage. And I appreciate that structure and the amount of time they're giving. I've been really impressed and grateful for their role in this. And then for other mentees, I think a key priority is to be as open and vulnerable as possible because we're all learning and it's great to let your walls down and be able to learn from others.
