Could you describe your overall experience with Innovative Surface Solutions?
Kyle Conrad: So innovative has been wonderful to work with. I first met Joe about 2.5 years ago, he's transitioned his position to Carl, but they have been more than happy to help us in any way possible. Be it, equipment, uh education on how to best use the product or just available to answer any questions at any time.
How has Innovative Surface Solutions addressed a challenge you have faced?
Kyle Conrad: We have uh historically used road sand and we're looking to kind of get out of that business, especially in our more mountainous regions where there was a lot of pushback as to whether street salt would work on, on colder spots or less traveled roads and innovative products kind of address those concerns we had and speed up melting processes, work at lower temperatures and have and have really helped us get to where we want to be.
What makes Innovative Surface Solutions different from other suppliers?
Kyle Conrad: So Greene County is new to liquids within the last few years. Um Honestly innovative approached us and through looking at at various suppliers, you know, innovative provides what we need and we haven't really felt the need to look elsewhere. They are also geographically very close to us, which is a, is a huge benefit.
Out of 5 stars, how would you rate Innovative Surface Solutions?
Kyle Conrad: Uh five stars as far as how they are to deal with how they operate, how they handle questions concerns. Um You know, they, they provided us an opportunity through their lease programs to get started without that, we very well may not have had money in the budget to set up the way that we did. Uh And that, like I said, has been, is instrumental in us transitioning to where, where we are now.
