Could you describe your overall experience with ProMelt winter liquids?
Joseph van Holsteyn: The pro melt has been excellent for us in the town of Durham. We have used it this year at starting our salt program and it really has been an easy product to work with and it really has created us a very easy system to make everything work for us here.
How are ProMelt winter liquids different from other winter liquid options?
Joseph van Holsteyn: Pro melt liquids are a little bit different from other products. But the main thing that I see with them is they are good for bonding with the salt and as a real easy liquids to work with. And that part has been a lot simpler to deal with than other products that we have dealt with in the past.
What’s one story of success that wouldn’t have been possible without ProMelt winter liquids?
Joseph van Holsteyn: So we just had an ice and snowstorm this week. Um We used the pro melt liquids with our salt program and our Sand Salt program. It worked very good because it broke the bond between the ice and the snow that we had. We had multiple ice events in a day and a very heavy wet snow. And every time we went back out to clear the product, it was not bonded to the road and it cleared up really well and, you know, made the cleanup and a lot simpler for this storm.
On a scale of one to ten, how likely are you to recommend ProMelt winter liquids to others?
Joseph van Holsteyn: On a scale of 1 to 10. How would I recommend prom? I give them a 10. They've been really good. They've been really forthwith about everything that they can do with their product. And I'm happy, I mean, it's a good product and it's helped me a lot with my snow plow, uh, program that we have here in the town of Durham.
