Could you describe your overall experience with Innovative Surface Solutions?
Joseph van Holsteyn: My experience with innovative surface solutions has been excellent. We've worked well together with my start up process and how to get the liquid solutions put together with our salt. And I can't think of nothing better than this company to work with.
How has Innovative Surface Solutions addressed a challenge you have faced?
Joseph van Holsteyn: Innovative surface solutions has addressed a lot of issues. And the one issue that has addressed with us is the breaking of the bond between the ice and the road. When we're in a snow ice event, it goes around and really helps us on clean up because when you're going down the road and you can't hear your plow being touching the road because it's still on top of the ice. This stops that and it really gets so you clean up a faster on clean up and uh taking your time. So you're not having that ice bond stick to the road. It's been a very good for us on ice and snow events.
What makes Innovative Surface Solutions different from other suppliers?
Joseph van Holsteyn: So innovative surface solution has been a excellent provider, how to get ourselves set up with the liquids part of our settings. Other providers haven't really got into that part, but innovative really came out to us and really showed us what we needed to do to get in and get set up for a better liquid setting into a salt situation and a liquids part. And we are very, very happy with that product that it has become.

Joseph van Holsteyn: I would rate innovative surface solutions. Definitely five stars done above and beyond what they need to do to make a product for us.
