Gary Thorington: I'm Gary Thornton, the Superintendent of Highways for the town of Wyndham in Greene County, New York. And would like to share some of the experiences that I've had with innovative surface solutions over the past couple of years. Uh If I could describe those experiences in one word, it would probably be rewarding. We've dramatically changed the way we de ice our roadways here within our township. And both the products that innovative offer and the staff they support them with have been extremely helpful and brought us a very long way in the way we do our business.

Gary Thorington: So one of the biggest challenges we faced here in Wyndham, mainly in the very beginning was the amount of liquids we could purchase at one time to get started. And the storage that we had here on site innovative was very patient and allowing us to purchase the quantities that we needed to get started. Uh and also various tank sizes um to fit the needs that we had here on site.

Gary Thorington: What makes innovative surface solutions different from other suppliers. I would have to say it's the level of confidence that each employee has within the company. Um The experiences that I've had, everyone's been very patient, very knowledgeable. Uh and just put your mind at ease if you're trying to make a big change, um they have the experience of the laboratories, the testing, the quality control, uh and also the sales staff um that'll explain and help you through any little hurdle that you may come up with. So 100% it's the staff at innovative uh that makes them stand above most other suppliers.
