Could you describe your overall experience with Innovative Surface Solutions?
Alan Van Wormer: My overall experience with innovative has been excellent. Um, they're a great group. They're a great company. They are very knowledgeable of the products. Um, every time I have a question or an issue, they are right there to answer it for me. So, um, yeah, they're really a great company.
How has Innovative Surface Solutions addressed a challenge you have faced?
Alan Van Wormer: Well, we had a couple of challenges uh prior to connecting up with innovative, uh one of them being our salt freezing in our pile. Um We get a crust on the outside which made it hard to work with. And the second was the, our untreated salt would not work at low temperatures where the treated salt uh works at much lower temperatures. And even when it gets down in the twenties, it still works. It still has the melting capability. Um which untreated salt is not f.
What makes Innovative Surface Solutions different from other suppliers?
Alan Van Wormer: We've never really had another supplier for our salt additive. But the thing that really attracted me to innovative was the fact that they were so knowledgeable on their products and they were willing to share that knowledge with us. So we knew what to expect and what not to expect.

Alan Van Wormer: Um, on a scale from 1 to 5, I would definitely rate them as a five. They're, they're really a great company and as I said before, extremely knowledgeable.
