Benjamin J. Perry: We are using Magic minus zero product.

Benjamin J. Perry: We are treating our salt 100% with the minus zero. And applying it to areas where we've had major issues with hard pack testing it out.

Benjamin J. Perry: My experience with the product with doing a ton of research from other counties and towns in the local area. We have seen a huge increase in our melting factor. Throughout the entire operation where we've tested it, we have tested trucks with mix salt sand mixture, straight magnesium. Mix on the salt, and we are finding that we're able to get the material off the roads quicker than we ever had before and we're doing less time. Rescraping and retreating.

Benjamin J. Perry: We have never used any liquids in our township in all the years that we've been doing. Snow removal. With doing research, I have seen different applications and I found that the spray on salt process. Is a more adequate way of us. To supply the material to our road base to melt off the roads. In my opinion, the difference, I don't know enough about other products to say how they work, but what the research I have done, I'm very impressed with the operation of the product itself, being able to spray on the salt, containing it to where it needs to be, and utilizing it to the best of our ability.

Benjamin J. Perry: Two weeks ago, we loaded our entire fleet up with the ProMelt material that we were using as a test run in subzero temperatures, and in the past, in our township, we have certain areas where we have actually had hard pack on for well over a week and we had subzero temperatures. And within Hours and within 24 hours, all of our roads except for one route which a truck had broken down on that did not get the material, were completely cleaned off, and the only one we had to go back to tend with was the route that the truck had broken down on that we did not put the coated salt on the road. So in my opinion that the tests of what the product can do. And what we are trying to do to make sure that this product is going to work to the best of our ability for what we're using it for, I was very impressed, as well as my crew and other townships that are right next to us who were having problems with hard pack that actually came over to try the product out as well to get their hard pack off after I had told them that we were what we were doing and how we were able to obtain the positivity of getting the hard pack off the road. In such a timely fashion with such cold temperatures we were having.

Benjamin J. Perry: On a scale of 1 to 10, on the products that we've been using and testing out, I would recommend this to anyone at a number 10 on the scale. With all the research that I've done in the past year. Of going to other municipalities. Testing the product and actually trying to find out if the product can do what it's being told to us that it can do, it is absolutely imperative when you're doing these tests to find out if they actually can do what they're being sold to you as. The abilities and the cost effectiveness, the efficiency, the cut down on wasted time and wasted spending. This product by far is meeting every single requirement that I'm looking for as a highway superintendent in the last 12 years of being a highway superintendent, I have not found a product in the market that is actually marked off every single factor on what I've been told can do. This product is doing exactly what I was told it can do. Very impressed, would highly recommend at a number 10.
