What has working in mental health care meant to you?
Robin Bershader, DO : I am part of an initiative to help connect interpersonal relationships back into communication exchange. With advancements in media and technology, our world has developed to a place where information exchange is exceedingly rapid, which is great in some regards. However, our interpersonal skills and emotional resiliency have not kept pace. I feel as though working in mental health care is my job and my responsibility to help us bridge that gap creatively and collaboratively.
