What has working in mental health care meant to you?
Jay Meyers: Working in mental health care for me is - feels like personal giving back, the ability to give back because my father suffered from severe depression and because of some tremendous behavioral health providers and support, he was able to really make a difference and communicate that to myself and my family. And so I feel like by trying to do the same in mental health care, if I can do that for just one person or one family and make, make a difference in their lives, I know how important it is. So to me, it feels like I'm giving back and hopefully making a difference in someone's life.
