Tell us a little bit about you
Hello, my name is Dr. Shereen Alrashdan I've been working with innovaTel for the past three years as a general adult psychiatrist in an outpatient setting, with Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma. And as of recently also I've been part of the recruitment team as a clinical director.
What brought you to your current role at innovaTel Telepsychiatry?
I was driven to join innovaTel as a psychiatrist by their approach to telepsychiatry, seeking to form long lasting connections between their partners and their providers, and providing access to high level standard of care and maintaining the continuity of such care, by being first patient centered and also being provider centered. The positive work culture, the ability to advance one's career while providing the tools and the guidance needed for you to grow and succeed was the reason why I chose to move on and take the role and the duties of a clinical director.
What is your favorite part about working at innovaTel Telepsychiatry?
Working at innovaTel is enjoyable and fulfilling. Everyone here shares the same vision and work towards achieving our mission. And a big thing for me is the leadership appreciation and acknowledgement of your work. You definitely feel that your work and contribution to innovaTel truly make a difference. And of course, having a good balance between your work life and your personal life is always a plus.
