Ladies and gentlemen, today we embark on an exciting journey and celebrating a success story. The result of collaboration between UIL and FPP teams supported by IDD. Together, we have achieved a great example of cross function integration marking a step towards a new era in the integrated supply chain transformation in PDO. The success lies in bringing innovation efficiency and digital transformation to warehouse and inventory management. In the not so distant past, we were bound by outdated practices. Our work was marked by manual data entry into SAP - a tedious process that was as effort and time consuming as it was error prone. Mistakes were not just common, they were inevitable. That was a bottleneck to progress. We were confined to stationary workstations, shackled to desks and computers, unable to make real time transactions on the warehouse floor. The freedom to move and work was a luxury we yearned for but could not afford. Our stock counts were a saga of endurance. They were slow, laborious affairs that consumed precious time and resources often leading to discrepancies that haunted our stock accuracy, Accuracy and counting speed were mere ideals out of our grasp. Our decisions were often based on outdated information. As real time data updates were a distant dream. The delay in data updates was a constant challenge affecting our ability to make informed decisions swiftly. Training was another hurdle learning to navigate. The complex world of SAP was no small feat. The extensive training required to get new staff up to speed was a drain on our resources affecting our overall efficiency. The consumption of paperwork and cartridges generated a lot of waste which contradicted the PDO's approach to a greener environment. But as we stand at the dawn of a new era, we are leaving these challenges behind. The implementation of a materials management. mobile app is a game changer - promising to enhance the way we work and manage our resources. We're proud to say once upon a time, we were toiled with manual data entry into SAP - a process that was a bottleneck to our progress. But today with this mobile app that is integrated with SAP, we're ready to step into a future that is smarter faster and more efficient. We stand on the brink of a new era where our mobile app and QR codes work together eliminating manual data entry and enhancing warehouse processes. Now we have efficient data capture at our fingertips. Just imagine the ease and precision of scanning QR codes with our mobile devices. No more manual entry errors and manual entry wasted time. Instead we have accuracy and speed QR code data entry, but it's not just about data capture. Oh no, this is about breaking free from stationary workstations, embracing the power of mobility. Picture this - our teams right there on the warehouse floor making real time decisions, processing transactions as they happen, no delays, no double handling. The warehouse is their office now and they have the freedom to make decisions right where it matters and let's not forget about stock counts. There used to be long laborious tasks, but now they're a breeze with the mobile app and QR codes, we've turned stock counting into an efficient accurate process. Previously, we were working with outdated information. Well, that's a thing of the past now as all transactions are processed on the spot, allowing us to obtain real time data updates. This enables us to make decisions on stock availability and stock replenishment based on the freshest information available, ensuring that we're always a step ahead and the icing on the cake, the mobile apps intuitive interface, it's user friendly, easy to navigate and it's cut down on training time significantly. Our teams have embraced it and they're more productive than ever. This is the transformation brought by mobile app implementation, a transformation that's reshaping the way we do business. Today errors are on the decline, leaving us with more accurate inventory records. The implementation of our mobile app has brought forth a wave of benefits that ripple through our operations. The once tedious task of data capture and processing the transactions of goods received and good issue is now processed on ground faster and on spot by our contractor freeing up PDO staff teams by 20% allowing to focus on strategic tasks and tasks that truly matter. Notably, OQ and Shell Malaysia have shared experiencing the same man hour reduction. Our warehouse floors buzz with newfound energy as real time decision making is now in the hands of those in the heart of the action. Stock count efforts have been reduced by half and counting speed has increased by 35% immediately after the go live. Real-time data updates are now our new reality. We have eliminated the need for paper printing and cartridge consumption in our warehouse and stock counting processes contributing to greener business process. Our staff now invest more time in the warehouse enabling the real operations to take precedence rather than spending half the day on office data entries. We're making decisions based on the freshest information, not yesterday's news. And let's not forget the intuitive interface of the app that's reduced training time and boosted productivity across the board.
